Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and date changes are made from the link in your TableCheck confirmation email. The following cancellation fees apply to the total booking amount, counted from the date of your experience.

| 4 to 2 days before the experience | 50% of the total fee |
| The day before, the same day, or no-show | 100% of the total fee |
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed through TableCheck to the payment method used at the time of booking.
- If we must cancel your session for weather, safety, or operational reasons, we will offer a full refund or free rebooking.
